Program Highlights
Our real estate program is closely affiliated with the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) of the National Association of Realtors®. As a result of this relationship, we are able to provide courses that satisfy the educational requirement for IREM’s Accredited Residential Manager® certification. We are also accredited by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to offer the North Carolina Brokers Pre-Licensing Course, which qualifies our students to sit for the state’s Real Estate Broker’s Examination. These affiliations allow our students to graduate with designations and certifications that are recognized internationally.
