Property Management addresses the performance of income-producing commercial and residential properties to ensure that these real estate investments achieve the goals and objectives of their owners. Property Managers handle a wide range of responsibilities that characterize investment properties that include, but are not limited to: Financial Management, Maintenance, Marketing and Leasing, Human Resources and Relationship Management, and Legal and Risk Management.

Program Highlights

Our real estate program is closely affiliated with the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) of the National Association of Realtors®. As a result of this relationship, we are able to provide courses that satisfy the educational requirement for IREM’s Accredited Residential Manager® certification. We are also accredited by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to offer the North Carolina Brokers Pre-Licensing Course, which qualifies our students to sit for the state’s Real Estate Broker’s Examination. These affiliations allow our students to graduate with designations and certifications that are recognized internationally.
