Physical Plant

The purpose of Physical Plant Services is to provide repair services for our students, faculty and staff with the highest level of customer service possible. If you need to have something repaired you may call 919-516- 4482, so that a work order can be created, and technicians can be sent to fulfill your request.

The installation and maintenance of on-campus television cable services is also included in the responsibility of Physical Plant Services. Saint Augustines Physical Plant responds to requests for buildings, grounds, housekeeping, plumbing, lighting, and general repair.

Ground includes, but is not limited to:

• General Grounds Maintenance
• Snow and Ice Removal
• Street Maintenance
• Trash Removal

Electrical issues include, but are not limited to:

• General Electrical Repair
• Fire Alarm Issues
• Loss of Power
• Replacement of Light Bulbs

Moving Items

Physical Plant can be scheduled to move furniture and other items with proper authorization. We will schedule your move as soon as the schedule allows.

Housekeeping

Daily building cleaning which includes bathroom sanitizing, supplying paper products, trash collection, from all on-campus buildings. Please call (919-516-4482) if you are in need of custodial services in your building.
