A. Send a formal admissions application, official secondary school transcript, official results from SAT or ACT tests and an application fee of $25.00 for domestic students and international students to the Admissions Office.
Q. When is the application deadline?
A. The early action application deadline for the Fall is November 15 and the traditional Fall deadline is April 1.
Q. How long does it take to process an application?
A. Once all credentials are received, it takes approximately three weeks to process an application.
Q. What are the admission requirements?
A. Students must have completed the following high school courses:Q. Will the college accept students who received a General Education Diploma?
English - 4 units
Mathematics - 2units ( 1 must be Algebra)
Science - 2 units
Social Studies - 2 units

Q. What is the student/teacher ratio?
A. The student/teacher ratio is about 16 to 1.
Q. Who helps me choose my courses?
A. Each student is assigned an advisor as a freshman; that advisor counsels you on course selection.
Q. How many hours do you have to take per semester?
A. The normal course load is 15 to 18 credit hours per semester. An undergraduate student must carry a minimum of 12 credit hours in order to be considered a full-time student.
Q. How long do classes last?
A. Class can last from 50 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on the day of the week.
Q. Are Freshmen guaranteed housing?
A. Yes, after you are admitted to the college, you will be asked to submit an enrollment deposit of $160.00. You will then receive an acceptance packet in the mail that will have your housing application, health & immunization form, police record check, and certificate of acceptance. These forms must be completed and returned by May 1st.
Q. Can I choose my roommate?
A. The housing office makes every effort to honor you request. The most effective way to ensure this is for both of you to mail your request in at the same time. Each person must write the other person's name on his or her housing application.

A. No
Q. How much security is provided on campus?
A. Saint Augustine’s College has a Campus Police Department which is on duty 24 hours a day.
Q. What type of sports do you have?
A. Saint Augustine’s College is a Division II school. We participate in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. We have football, baseball, softball, bowling, volleyball, golf, men’s and women’s basketball, track and cross country.
Q. How many students attend Saint Augustine's College?
A. Saint Augustine’s College has approximately 1,500 students.
Q. Do you have a career placement center? What services do they offer?
A. Yes, the Belk Career Center it is located in Goold hall and helps students with resume preparation, interview workshops, and helps locate internships, CO-OP opportunities and permanent jobs for graduating students.
Q. What is the Male/Female ratio?
A. It is about 50% male to 50% female.
Q. How large is Saint Augustine’s College campus?
A. The College has a main campus accommodating 37 facilities on 105 acres, three of which - its Chapel, Saint Agnes Hall and Taylor Hall - are registered historic landmarks.
Q. Do you have fraternities and sororities?
A. Eight nationally-recognized Greek organizations are represented here on the campus of Saint Augustine’s College. They are as follows, there are four fraternities: Alpha Phi Alpha Inc, Kappa Alpha Psi Inc, Phi Beta Sigma Inc, Iota Phi Theta Inc and Omega Psi Phi Inc. and four sororities: Alpha Kappa Alpha Inc, Sigma Gamma Rho Inc, Zeta Phi Beta Inc, and Delta Sigma Theta Inc. Saint Augustine’s College also has about 26 academic and social organizations.
