Carter Named Educator of the Year

RALEGH (September 17, 2012) - Dr. Sadie Carter, Saint Augustine’s University’s Assistant Vice President of the Office of Human Resources was recently named as Outstanding Educator by her alma mater, Elizabeth City State University (ECSU). Each year, the National Alumni Association of ECSU, the president of the University and Board of Directors members recognize alums in various categories for their outstanding contributions in their respective careers. In order to be considered for the award, alumni have to be nominated by their peers or faculty/staff at their alma mater. Prior to nomination, a committee reviews and selects the winners based on their professional accomplishments. Way to go, Dr. Carter!
