Degree Completion Time Limit

Each Student and Faculty Advisor should be familiar with the Academic Policies of Saint Augustine's University. Students and faculty advisors are encouraged to consult regularly with the Saint Augustine's University Catalog and with Department Chairs and Division Deans.

Students matriculating as degree students at Saint Augustine's Collage are allowed seven consecutive years to complete requirements for the degree. In order to be graduated under the Catalog in effect under which they entered the University or in effect when they declared their current major, whichever event is the most recent. If students have not met the requirements for graduation within that time frame, they will be denied eligibility for graduation. Students whose time limit has expired will be graduated under the current University Catalog. Students exceeding the seven-year (7) time limit may appeal in writing to the Chief Academic Officer for exceptions to this rule.
