Nadine Ford is a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University, where she earned a degree in Business Administration.

Post college, Ford worked as an office manager for the Financial Aid Office at Phillips Jr. University in Raleigh, NC. Ford went on to join Saint Augustine's University in 1992 and has served in many roles within the Falcon family including: Financial Aid Officer, Direct Loan Administrator and Director of Financial Aid.

In addition, Ford is a member of the University Board HBCU Advisory Committee, Diversity Committee for Southern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SASFAA) and the State and Regional National Student Financial Aid Administrators Organization.

Ford is from Charlottesville, Virginia and has a daughter, named Danielle.
