Peer Mentors
As a Peer Mentor, you will be able to assist in accomplishing our mission of providing a challenging yet supportive environment for our first-year students during their transition to higher education. It is important for freshmen to view you as a positive role model, a guide, a peer adviser and a friend. Early arrival is for Leadership training and preparation for Welcome Week. Selected students have been chosen to arrive on campus Thursday, August 6, 2009 beginning at 8:00 am. All other Peer Mentors are asked to return to campus as you would according to the academic calendar. Be sure all documents necessary for registration are complete, such as housing deposit, financial aid, and a clear balance from the 09/SP Semester.
