In order to embrace the information revolution and extend our services to the Saint Augustine's College community, the Prezell R. Robinson Library announces its askthelibrarian service. This is a convenient and exciting new way to receive reference assistance from dorms, homes, or anywhere with access to a computer.

  • Email reference inquiries directly to a librarian.
  • 24 hour response (or better) turnaround on requests.
  • Specific sources will be identified whenever possible.
  • Librarian can send or suggest web pages or print documents.

Please note that the librarian will not be doing work assignments but will provide the best possible resources for you to explore to get the answers you need.

The Prezell R. Robinson Library provides services for the students, faculty, and administration and for the community at large. The information resources are in many formats-- prints, microform, video and audio recordings, CD-ROM, Internet and NC Live-- plus services to support the informational needs of the college. All the resources are housed in the main library. The Library facility was made possible in 1974 and was named in honor of the eighth president of Saint Augustine's College (1967-1995), Dr. Prezell R. Robinson for his outstanding services to the college.
