You can deliver your printing job using any of the methods below.
In an effort to be "environmentally friendly" and to cut paper costs, a two-sided policy has been implemented for sequential documents other than tests. Please explain any circumstances that require one sided copies. If the one-sided or two-sided box is not marked, it will be printed two-sided!
You can bring in a hard copy or your project in the following formats:
When sending your work, always include a folder with fonts and pictures separate if it is not a PDF format.Always send a sample of the job when possible
When sending in your jobs, please keep the following recommendations in mind to ensure quality prints:
While most copy jobs can be done in 24hrs, some require extra time if they need folding, booklet making, etc. If your job needs to be Printed, we recommend you putting in your order at least a minimum of two weeks in advance in case we have to order supplies. During peak season we recommend submitting orders 4 weeks in advance.
All jobs submitted to the Office of Automation must include a Print Request Form independent of which delivery option is chosen.
Once the order is completed, a copy of the request form is sent back to the person placing the order and includes the total amount to be charged.
