Policy

It is the policy of the Saint Augustine’s University Campus Police Department to assist employees, students, and visitors as much as possible consistent with the Saint Augustine's University Parking Rules and Regulations.

Neither Saint Augustine's University nor it's employees assume any responsibility for the loss from theft or damage to vehicles parked in university parking areas or operated on the campus, or injury to the occupants of such vehicle unless it is clearly established that such damage or injury resulted from an act of a SAU employee in the performance of his/her duties or from the negligence on the part of SAU. The university urges automobile owners to acquire adequate insurance to cover such losses or damages.
