Falcons’ opponents announced for CIAA Tournament

The Saint Augustine’s College women face Virginia State Monday at 3 p.m. in the first round of the CIAA Tournament. The Falcons’ men play the Elizabeth City State-Livingstone winner in the quarterfinals Thursday at 3 p.m. The contests will be played at Charlotte Bobcats Arena. The men’s game will be televised on ESPN2.
The women’s game is a rematch of a regular-season matchup which the Falcons won 64-62 on the road Jan. 31. The men defeated Elizabeth City State 91-84 at home Jan. 17, and Livingstone twice 87-59 at home Jan. 26 and 72-62 away Feb. 18. |
