Smith 16-4 in overtime to outlast the Golden Bulls 83-71 in a CIAA basketball game Monday (Feb. 8) at Brayboy Gymnasium for their 10th straight win. With the victory, the Falcons are now one game away from reaching 20 wins for the first time since 1997, when they captured their only CIAA Championship.

Falcons Add Frank To Men’s Basketball Staff
RALEIGH, N.C. – Saint Augustine’s College will enter the 2009-10 men’s basketball season Thursday (Oct. 15) with a former NBA player on the bench as an assistant coach.
The Falcons added Tellis J. Frank, Jr. to the coaching staff to work with the post players. Frank has hands-on experience in that area. He played in the NBA for six seasons after being selected 14th overall by the Golden State Warriors in 1987.
