KINDRED OF SAINT AUGUSTINE'S WINS LONG JUMP AT PENN RELAYS

PHILADELPHIA - Joe Kindred (Fuquay-Varina, NC) of Saint Augustine's College won the college men long jump at the prestigious Penn Relays at Franklin Field on Friday (April 25). Kindred leaped 25-4 1/2 to win the event.

PHILADELPHIA - Joe Kindred (Fuquay-Varina) of Saint Augustine's College won the high jump in the college championship division of the prestigious Penn Relays at Franklin Field on Saturday (April 26).

SAINT AUGUSTINE'S SWEEPS 2008 CIAA TRACK AND FIELD TITLES

PETERSBURG, VA - It's another CIAA title sweep for the Saint Augustine's College track and field team. The Falcons successfully defended their men's and women's outdoor crowns at Virginia State on Saturday (April 19). The Falcon men won convincingly while the Falcon women topped Virginia State. The sweep was the second straight and the 10th in 11 seasons for the Falcons, who also swept the 2008 CIAA men's and women's indoor crowns.

RALEIGH, NC - Joe Kindred (Fuquay-Varina, NC) of Saint Augustine's College placed second in the long jump and high jump at the 2008 adidas Raleigh Relays at newly renovated Derr Track on Friday (March 28).

Tillman Wins Triple Jump at Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA, PA - Andre Tillman of Saint Augustine's College won the college division triple jump at the Penn Relays held at Franklin Field on Saturday, April 28, 2007. Tillman leaped 51-3.75 to defeat Mike McCadney of Albany, who jumped 50-9.25 to place second.

Falcons Win Two Events At 100th Millrose Games

Saint Augustine's College won the college men's 4x400 relay, and the Falcons' Philippe DeRosier won the college men's 60 meters at the prestigious Millrose Games indoor track and field meet on Friday, February 2, 2007, at Madison Square Garden.
