Renee Clarke (St. Michael, Barbados) of Saint Augustine’s College was named to the 2006 All-CIAA volleyball team which was announced Tuesday, October 31, 2006. Teammates Aurea Griffith (St. Thomas, Barbados) and Samantha Joseph (St. Michael, Barbados) were selected to the second team.

Clarke, a senior setter, ranks second in the CIAA in assists (8.79 apg) despite missing several games because of nagging injuries. She also is seventh in the league in service aces (0.65 average).

Griffith, a senior outside hitter, is sixth in the CIAA in kills (3.82 kpg), seventh in hitting percentage (.235) and eighth in service aces (0.65 average). Joseph, a senior middle blocker/outside hitter, ranks fourth in the league in service aces (0.75 average) and 10th in kills (2.82 kpg).
