Saint Augustine's College opened the 2007 volleyball season with a 3-0 loss (30-8, 30-10, 30-20) to host Wingate on the first day of the Wingate Tournament on Friday, Aug. 31.
                                     
Curby Rogers (St. Paul, MN) led the Lady Falcons with six kills, and Shakira Carter (St. Michael, Barbados) added five kills. Tieayrra Glover (Queens, NY) had 13 assists for the Lady Falcons. Ashley Craven compiled nine kills for Wingate, which improved to 5-0 overall.
