St. Aug Acquires City Lots

The City of Raleigh approved a vote last week to sell a maximum of 15 City-owned lots to Saint Augustine's University's Community Development Corporation (CDC) for the development of single family homes.
St. Aug is 1 of 10 HBCUs charged by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide and promote affordable housing while simultaneously stimulating the economy.
