On Thursday, October 13 the Saint Augustine's University basketball program held their annual Media Day. Media Day is an opportunity for the Falcons to discuss their upcoming season and take questions from the media.

Dr. Dianne Boardley Suber charged students to "excel, be the model and establish the high standard of the University. Win on and off the court."

Both head coaches, Ken Spencer and Rachel Bullard made remarks. Bullard plans on going into the upcoming season with "a vengeance." Spencer acknowledged that the conference ranked the Falcons rather low on the preseason polls, yet, he vowed to "return Saint Augustine's University to the championship team we deserve to be."
