Each chapter will be assigned three or four advisors to work with them in planning activities - cultural, entertaining and fundraising. The Department of Alumni Affairs will sponsor chapter competitions throughout the year with a grand prize at the end of the year for the chapter that presents the best gift to the University/University.
This is an excellent way to become more engaged with the students and student life on campus. It's a great way to participate in the leadership development of our students and the process of molding and expanding their university experience. Prior to the start of the fall semester, Sheryl Ximines, Office of Alumni Affairs, and Mrs. Bullock will conduct a training session, and a handbook is available to assist you in keeping it all straight.
