WHAT IS THE WAITLIST?

Waitlist is monitored by advising. Each section has a capacity set; once the capacity is met, students should not be enrolled in the course. Enrolling students in a full section creates issues with student full-time schedule and financial aid.

HOW IT WORKS

Should a student get waitlisted, if/when a seat opens the student receives an email (SAU email) to self-enroll in the course via MyFalconLanding. Students have two days to enroll in waitlisted course. If student does not enroll by the allotted time the seat will open to the next student on the waitlist.

It is not recommended to waitlist students. Students should be registered for full time schedule according to availability ahead of time. Should a section fill up and advising determines another section may be needed, that information should be submitted to the Office of Provost.
