Women’s History Month provides a concentrated celebration of women’s global accomplishments and contributions. It is the opportunity to highlight women, young and seasoned, for their work and collaborations across the world. There are several women who have been an influence in my life. However, I want to take this opportunity to highlight my mother’s influence from my birth to her passing last year and beyond. Her love, wisdom, and humor lives with me forever.
