Marketing and Communications promotes the mission, values and ideals of Saint Augustine’s University through contact with external and internal audiences. Brand preservation and promotion is paramount to their day-to-day activities. The Office is responsible for planning, directing and implementing publications, marketing and promoting strategic plans to further the objectives and mission of the University as stated in the University’s Strategic Plan and overall brand management.

Marketing Services

Marketing & Communications has ready-made design templates available for faculty and staff. If your office needs eye-catching brochures, flyers, newsletters, postcards or PowerPoint presentations, you can access editable, appropriately branded layouts for Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint templates at S:/Marketing and Communications/Templates. The following time frames indicate the approximate amount of time needed for various publications. Lead time provides our office with the opportunity to consult with our clients and determine their needs. Variances in the time frame required are based upon the complexity of the job. High-end publications requiring the services of large design and/or print shops will require additional lead time.

Request promotional materials to be developed from our office or request for specific information on the SAU website to be edited. Please indicate which request you are making, project or website update.

Event Form →

Request our office to place your event on Good Day SAU (which will be distributed the Friday following your request), have an article written for your event or occurrence, request a photographer for your event, and/or request to have your event posted to social media (if your department already has a social media account it has access to please use that account).

Request the Office of Automations to print ready-made files. (Note: if you need our office to create something for print, fill out a project request form and check ‘yes’ under ‘Does it need to be printed?’)

WAUG Video Production Request Form →

Request WAUG to produce a video (commercial, recap, documentary, social media, and/or promotional) for the use of a department or event.

Please note that any project request forms submitted on Fridays after 2 p.m. will not be reviewed until the next business day. If you fail to include all of the appropriate content while submitting your project or print requests, it can and will delay the process of your delivery date.
