The Prezell R. Robinson Library staff serve as consultants to academic programs. Consultants assist academic department or schools with library materials and services subject specific to their areas.

Duties of a library consultant:

• Communicate with the department’s faculty and students.
• Provide information to faculty about library services and collections.
• Coordinate the selection and ordering of books, periodicals, and other materials.
• Provide information services in the department’s discipline or subject area.
• Facilitate and promote use of the library’s instructional program.
