Day of Reflection: MLK Week
Viewing of 2020 Presidential Inauguration at 10:30 a.m. Watch here → Saint Augustine's University will be closed on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. This will be a Day of Reflection as we consider the historic inauguration juxtaposed to the trauma in our nation over the past few weeks. The University will offer all faculty and staff a fully paid day off.

The Hunt Institute is hosting a webinar on Tuesday, April 27th at 3 p.m. ET, featuring North Carolina Congresswoman Alma Adams, Virginia State Senator Jennifer McClellan, and Dr. Michael Lomax of UNCF around state and federal support for Historically Black Colleges and Universities. This conversation will have a special focus on the inequities that exist in state and federal funding of HBCUs, how these inequities can be addressed through policy, and the crucial role that HBCUs serve.
