After participating in the Student Global Leadership Fellows Institute, the student will be able to:

Inter and Intrapersonal Development

  1. Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and manage conflict.
  2. Share differing opinions in appropriate, respectful ways.
  3. Identify with the background and historical value of St. Augustine’s University and learn mechanisms to successfully adapt to its culture and expectations.
  4. Explain how making responsible choices enables one to assume acceptable roles in society.
  5. Recognize the need for balance between freedom and responsible behavior and consider in advance the consequences.
  6. Identify behaviors of healthy and unhealthy relationships that may interfere with goal achievement.
