The Martin Luther King, Jr. Dining Hall provides Saint Augustine’s University students, faculty and staff with a wide variety of dining.
Dining services are managed by Aladdin Food Management Services. Aladdin offers a food service program, led by a Chef that is on campus every day, that meets the needs of our students. Students have many options for high quality and healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the course of the day. The menu changes on a weekly basis so that students have different options each week. Our team of chefs create fresh new items on a regular basis – from pastas, to fresh baked pizzas, deli-style sandwiches, and home-style meals.

The grill offers a variety of flat top grill and fried foods. Students can enjoy the grill on the second floor in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Building.
