I worked with Dr. McPhail for 7 years as his Executive Assistant when he was the Chancellor for the Community College of Baltimore County. He made me the administrator I am today because he believed in me and gave me confidence that I myself didn’t even realize I had. I have a heavy heart in hearing of his passing and hold Dr. Christine, daughter and son in my heart and prayers.
