Dr. Irving McPhail was my dissertation committee Chair. His zest for inculcating his students was second to none. He was able to shepherd me through the proposal stage of my dissertation process. I thank God for his life, and pray that his family will receive the peace of God as they go through this difficult time. May his soul Rest In Peace.
