Dr. McPhail has established and left a strong and lasting legacy in his leadership and mentorship. I am so grateful that I crossed paths with this great man, his knowledge, and it will truly have a lasting impact on those that he has touched in his lifetime. As a graduate student in his leadership class, he modeled great thinking and how to problem solve in times of turmoil. He showed that with firm belief, you could accomplish anything worth doing. I am a different person having learned from him and it will stay with me during my growth as a leader. I thank Dr. I.P. McPhail for showing those following in his footsteps how to take giant leaps without fear. Thank you Dr. McPhail, always with love.
